Currently there are two pairs of publicly accessible Level 2 EV charging stations in the Springfield area: one Blink Charging station (formerly SemaConnect) in the parking lot below Town Hall (96 Main Street), and one ChargePoint station at the Vermont State Office Building (in the parking lot to the right of 100 Mineral Street). 

The State of Vermont is in the process of installing multiple Level 2 and Fast Charge stations in the Exit 7 Park and Ride lot at 15 Missing Link Road (VT Route 5) across from the Best Western hotel and the Circle K/Irving gas station. As of November 2023 those stations were not yet operational.
