The Copper Fox was opened in the spring of 2018 by Nick Matush and Elise Ulrich with the support of family, friends, and fellow community members with the goal of maintaining a business that supports a network of local farmers and artisans. During the growing season we support mostly organic and local farms. When we can’t source from local farms, we use organic as much as possible.
