Absentee Ballot Request Form
A request for early absentee voter ballots is valid for one calendar year and a new request must be made each year by filling out the Request For Early Absentee Voter Ballot form and returning it the Town Clerk at 96 Main Street, Springfield, VT 05156, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. on before the Monday preceding an election. On the form please check the box next to the elections for which you are requesting an absentee ballot.
