The Springfield Middle Income Housing Committee was formed by the Selectboard in 2025 to develop options for the town to address the state and national housing crisis. Meetings are held at 12:00pm, the last Thursday of the month at the Third Floor Selectboard Hall in the Springfield Municipal Offices. The committee will be comprised of 7 members.

Objective: The committee's primary objective is to develop a comprehensive plan to address Springfield's middle-income housing needs and align efforts with long-term economic growth goals.
