The Downtown Design Review Advisory Commission reviews all downtown development applications and prepares recommendations for the Development Review Board. This Commission may meet separately or jointly with the Development Review Board, depending on the project. The Commission's role and responsibilities are outlined in the Springfield Land Use Development Ordinance. The Commission only meets if there is a relevant development application in the downtown district.
