Selectboard Meeting September 8, 2025

The Town of Springfield will hold a Public Hearing at 6:00PM on Monday, September 8, 2025 for the purpose of receiving public input concerning the proposed amendment to the Chapter 26 Utilities ordinance: Article 1 Water System and Article 2 Sanitary Sewer System.  The proposed amendment will modernize the ordinance to employ best practices and is tied to state and federal regulations and permits.  It also adds sections to address current challenges such as general hydrant use and grease interception.  This will be a hybrid meeting.  The Public Hearing will be held at 96 Main Street, Springfield, Vermont.  It will also be possible to attend via Zoom.
