Declaration of Inclusion Implementation Committee

The Declaration of Inclusion Implementation Committee is a committee composed of nine members each serving a three-year term. On January 24, 2022, the Selectboard adopted a Declaration of Inclusion (DOI) that officially announced that all persons regardless of race, ethnicity, national origin, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, and disability are welcome in Springfield. This committee is charged with the task of providing recommendations to the Selectboard on ways that the Declaration can be put into action.
