The Development Review Board Public Hearings are on the second Tuesday of each month.  The Board will not meet if there are no public hearings scheduled. In order to allow time for the publication of the Public Hearing Notice, an application for Public Hearing must be filed with the Administrative Officer (Zoning Administrator) on or before the first Friday following the 15th of each month in order to be eligible to be heard the following month. Check with the Administrator for confirmation of the application deadline.
